Overview

TaskFlow is a task management application developed by Giovanni De Florio. Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data Stored Locally

All your task data (tasks, sections, and preferences) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data is not transmitted to any server.

Purchase Data

When you make an in-app purchase (TaskFlow Pro — monthly, yearly, or lifetime), the transaction is processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription management service. RevenueCat collects anonymous purchase history data solely to manage your subscription status and entitlements. This data is not linked to your identity.

No Tracking

TaskFlow does not:

  • Track your activity across other apps or websites
  • Collect advertising identifiers (IDFA)
  • Share your data with advertisers or data brokers
  • Use analytics SDKs that collect personal information

Third-Party Services

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions using anonymous identifiers. In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Purchase records are maintained by Apple and RevenueCat for transaction management purposes.

Children's Privacy

TaskFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
